What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us yourself through the contact form or by email. Usually this is your name, email address, company name and whatever you say in your message.
We do not collect any data about you automatically.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to make you an offer. We do not use it for anything else.
On what basis
The basis for processing personal data is your own enquiry, which is a preparatory step towards a possible contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within one year. We keep contractual clients’ data for as long as the law requires accounting records to be retained.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
