How the price of accounting is set

We don't sell packages. You pay for how much activity your business actually has.

What affects the price

how many invoices and receipts you have each month
whether you have employees, and how many
whether you are VAT-registered
whether the accounting already exists or needs setting up
02

What the monthly fee includes

each month we file the VAT return with the Tax Board
each month we declare salaries and the taxes paid on them
we register your employees in the employment register
we record all invoices and receipts
we prepare the annual report
the first 30-minute conversation
setting up a new company's accounting

Why there's no price on this page

The same field of business, the same number of employees and the same turnover can mean very different workloads. A number we put in front of you would be wrong half the time. Instead, we give you the real number after a short conversation.

QUESTIONS

What we get asked the most

Usually within a week. If the accounting needs to be taken over from another firm, the takeover takes one to two weeks depending on its state.

Access to your existing accounting or source documents is enough to begin. At the first conversation we go through together what exists and what is missing.

Your job is to send or photograph invoices and receipts into Envoice. Everything else, declarations, salaries and reports, we handle.

It is more common than you think. We review the state, tell you honestly what needs fixing, and do the clean-up under a separate agreement.

You can. We don't tie you into a long-term contract. If you decide to leave, we hand over all documents and data properly.

Yes. The monthly VAT return is included in the monthly fee, not charged extra.

How you get the number

Write to us about what kind of business it is and roughly how many invoices you have a month. We'll reply within 1 to 2 working days with the price.

What the number is built from

The monthly fee is based on actual workload. The largest factors are the number of documents per month, the number of employees on payroll, VAT status and how many bank accounts or currencies are involved.

Before quoting we review the last couple of months of documents. That lets us give a concrete number instead of a range that later drifts upwards.

  • number of documents per month
  • number of employees and payroll complexity
  • VAT status and cross-border transactions
  • number of bank accounts and currencies
  • frequency and detail of reporting

No surprise invoices

The agreed monthly fee applies to the agreed volume. If the volume changes permanently, we discuss it beforehand, not on the invoice.

Hourly rates are used only for one-off work such as cleaning up earlier periods or project-based advisory, and those are agreed in advance too.

Frequently asked questions

What does the monthly fee depend on?

The number of documents, employees, VAT status, bank accounts and currencies, and how detailed the reporting you want is. We review these factors before quoting.

Does the price change if document volume grows?

If the volume grows permanently and moves out of the agreed range, we review the price and agree a new one before it applies. A single busier month does not change the fee.

What does an agreed price mean?

It means the number is agreed before work starts and written into the contract. You know each month what the invoice will be and what it covers.

Is the annual report charged separately?

Yes, the annual report is a separately agreed fee because it is a larger once-a-year task. We state that amount when signing the contract so it is not a year-end surprise.

Is the contract fixed-term?

The contract is normally open-ended with a reasonable notice period. We do not tie clients in for long periods: the cooperation should hold because of the work, not the term.
